1. Digital Nature of Services

Because these services are delivered instantly after purchase, refunds are generally not provided, except in the situations described below.

- Premium quiz results

- You completed the quiz but want a refund afterward
- You change your mind after purchase
- You did not like the quiz questions or difficulty
- You forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal
- Your device, browser, or internet caused access issues
- You misused or shared purchased content
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Quiz Purchases
Paid quizzes cannot be cancelled after purchase because access is delivered immediately.
3.2 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation stops future renewals
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle
- No partial or prorated refunds for the remaining period
- Past subscription charges are non-refundable
